在全球面临气候变化与水资源污染治理的双重挑战下，传统水务运营模式因能耗高、碳排放大，已逐渐无法满足可持续发展需要。作为重要城市基础设施，水务系统碳排放约占全行业总量的1%至3%，减碳任务紧迫。
为对接国家“双碳”目标与“人工智能+”行动计划，Aquatech China 联合青岛理工大学将于10月30日9:30-12:05在上海新国际博览中心E6号馆水科学论坛区AquaAcademy举办“水务双碳与AI智慧水务2.0”研讨会。本次论坛聚焦污水处理系统减污降碳协同增效、AI技术在智慧水务中的应用、低碳水处理技术、温室气体监测与碳管理，以及污水处理前沿技术与工程实践，汇聚政府、产业、高校及科研机构代表，共同探讨智慧水务与低碳转型的新路径。

吴莉娜，北京建筑大学，教授，博士生导师，环境工程教研室主任、未来新材料研究院副院长，九三学社成员；美国的普林斯顿大学Visiting Fellow，从事微生物、氮循环和水污染控制等方面的研究工作。曾主持3项国家自然科学基金和1项北京市自然科学基金（面上），中国博士后面上项目1项，此外还获得了国家留学基金委CSC公派留学项目资助，参与国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金及各类横纵向科研和教学课题多项。近年发表学术论文50余篇，其中近年以第一作者发表论文被SCI检索24篇（含20篇一区，发表期刊有Water Research, Chemical Engineering Journal和 Bioresource Technology等），EI检索6篇；获发明专利授权7项（转化1项）和实用新型专利授权1项，出版学术著作3部，十四五规划教材1部。为«中国给水排水»期刊的青年编委。以第一完成人获得了得中国发明创业奖项目奖一等奖（序1），全国发明展金奖（序1）；北京市属高校“创想杯”微课大奖赛北京市优秀奖（序1）；“龙江环保杯”全国教学观摩比赛优胜奖（序1）；获得北京市科协创优争先科技工作者称号（序1）；校教学创新大赛二、三等奖（序1）；校精品课程（序1）及以其他完成人获得了上海市技术发明奖一等奖（序8）。
Lina Wu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. She serves as the head of the Department of Environmental Engineering and vice director of the Institute of Future New Materials, and is a member of the Jiusan Society. She has been a Visiting Fellow at Princeton University in the United States, where she conducted research on microorganisms, nitrogen cycling, and water pollution control. She has led three National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and one Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation project (general program), as well as one China Postdoctoral Science Foundation general project. Additionally, she received funding from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for overseas study and participated in multiple national and municipal scientific research and teaching projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, as well as various horizontal and vertical research initiatives. In recent years, she has published over 50 academic papers, with 24 of them indexed by SCI (including 20 in Q1 journals such as Water Research, Chemical Engineering Journal, and Bioresource Technology) and 6 indexed by EI. She holds seven authorized invention patents (one commercialized) and one utility model patent. She has authored three academic books and one textbook included in the 14th Five-Year Plan. She is a young editorial board member of the journal "China Water & Wastewater." As the first author or primary contributor, she has won the First Prize in the China Invention Entrepreneurship Award Project Category (ranked 1st), the Gold Medal at the National Invention Exhibition (ranked 1st), the Beijing Excellent Award in the "Chuangxiang Cup" Micro-lecture Competition among Beijing municipal universities (ranked 1st), and the Outstanding Award in the "Longjiang Environmental Protection Cup" National Teaching Observation Competition (ranked 1st). She was honored with the title of "Outstanding Science and Technology Worker" by the Beijing Association for Science and Technology (ranked 1st), and received second and third prizes in the university's Teaching Innovation Competition (ranked 1st). She also led the development of a university-level premium course (ranked 1st), and as a co-contributor, she received the First Prize in the Shanghai Technical Invention Award (ranked 8th).
